WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE FOOD GROUP ?
The biggest aim of this group, is to help people on a daily basis how to make the best choices available to them. By educating them on what and when to eat around there busy lifestyle’s, But most importantly bespoke to the individual.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
It’s nice and straight forward, just post your food photos to the ‘FOOD GROUP’ or direct to your mentor [ if you don’t want other people seeing your food ].From there we will give you feed back and ongoing advice on a daily basis of how to improve your meal/portion size/ quality etc .

WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN THIS AND OTHER WEIGHT LOSS GROUPS ?
The group is fully interactive with other group users posting their food,so you will see many different options and ideas for meals.If you see a meal you like feel free to ask for the recipe from other users.You get ongoing advice everyday of the week,rather then waiting a week to speak to someone.but most importantly you are made accountable for your food choices ,by sending us your pictures.
